I do what I can to prevent bans on electronic vaporizers.

However, it seems traditional tobacco products are much easier to obtain opposed to electronic vaporizers.

We all know Big Tobacco is terrified to loose out on sales.

However, if they are so terrified, they should really put more focus on banning traditional tobacco products, as there is long-term scientific evidence of the health complications it causes supported by 4000 harmful chemicals.

After many years of smoking tobacco, why would lawmakers take away my choice to use an alternative with significantly less chemicals that will simulate my former habit. For some of us, this is a godsend. Why would they attempt to take option of this alternative? In hopes I will eventually return to smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes? All so they can bombard me with graphic anti-tobacco commericals every 10 minutes, keep tobacco legal and easily available, and then happily accept my extra tax money. This is very two-faced.

As far as electronic vaporizer/e-cigs is concerned, how can a lawmaker attempt to ban with the explanation that electronic cigarettes are marketed towards minors and/or may encourage them to use real cigarettes if they begin with ecigs? Here's my solution: if lawmakers are so horrified of the possiblity of minors smoking tobacco, then BAN tobacco from the market.

FDA and other lawmakers have been going back and forth with banning e-cigs. Give it the green light already.

At this point, it is estimated 2.5 million Americans use electronic cigarettes and more than half of those citizens have stopped using tobacco products by substituing the ecig. Other products similar to ecigs, such as NRT nicotine replacement therapy) are sold over the counter. Can a teenager possibly begin to chew Wrigley's gum, become fascinated with the idea of a gum with "nicotine" in it, switch to nicorette gum, become addicted to this for many years and then finally chew tobacco or smoke it? Why not ban that too???!!! In fact, let's ban anything that can help someone quit or reduce their tobacco habit by taking off substitutes that work for them off the market-but KEEP tobacco LEGAL and EASY TO OBTAIN?

Does this make sense to you???

Not to me.

Tomorrow is my one year anniversary that I quit smoking. I thank the electronic cigarette industry for this. If it weren't for blu electronic cigs, I would have been back up to a pack a day about 10 months ago!

I urge blu cig users and their family/friends to stand together in the battle to keep their choice available.

I told my doctor a couple of weeks ago that I'm starting to use these and her face just lit right up! She told me about another patient she has that has been a 2 pack+ per day smoker for 30 odd years who started using ecigs and actually quit. She has nothing but good to say about them because she can actually think for herself and see the good in this. All of the bad stuff from smoking is eliminated, and as she said, nicotine in and of itself is not harmful for the VAST majority of the population, and she would rather see her patients who do smoke use ecigs than regular cigarettes. So tell all the anti-smoking groups to put that in their pipes and smoke it! ;-)

Menthol is my favorite flavor, but I do wish the menthol was more "minty" and lasted longer. I must say, though, that I have tried a couple other brands of ecigs and blu is by far the best overall, just wish for stronger menthol flavor that lasts longer.

I sure hope that the post that said the liquid is NOT 100% made in USA is incorrect. If I discover that the liquid isn't made here , it would be a deal breaker for me. I need to kno it is safe. Not full of toxic waste. If that's the case I'll go back to paper smokes. But for now ignorance is bliss!

On this one we will just have to disagree. If your giving them to the money rich stars, for placement. fine. But how about our fine protectors in the armed services, what about giving them a free kits, and even better discounts on carts, then we get for buying 4 at a time. I have said I will donate points towards this, I renew that now I would rather that then feel I am paying extra for the rich and powerful to have theirs free.

The groups that oppose smoking see a threat to their power. If less people are smoking tobacco, their message becomes less, and less meaningful. Most of these groups will use their government influence in an attempt to force the adoption of nicotine as a drug. Many of these groups have pulled out the old cliché that you are marketing to children, with the various flavors. You might be wise to be pro active; put labels on all your products “Not to be sold to any one under whatever XX age” This couldn’t hurt your standing if (when) they take you to court.

It is my view you should expect a hard battle. Due entirely to the power the other side stands to lose. You are going to be hit on all sides. Health being the main issue they can use. If your product has any health risks, they will pounce, benefits to those of us getting off tobacco be damned.
Nicotine is another matter that will come up. The best I can give you is. In the 1990s Hillary Clinton stated she wanted nicotine, AND caffeine controlled as drugs, I believe Jolt was named. They have yet to do anything about caffeine, is this due to the fact of increased productivity from caffeine. Have they only controlled nicotine because of its pleasurable effect, and general relaxing felling, leading to a loss of productivity?

Having been a smoker for 35 years, yes I started when I was 12. Not having gone more then two days with out a cigarette, in all those years. Having tried, and failed using any of the FDA approved stop smoking methods. I can state that I support your product. If for no other reason then I have now gone one (1) month without using tobacco, for the first time since I started. Have I quite using nicotine, no, but I now have hope I will.
